Xinjiang Medical University, which is located in the beautiful city of Urumqi, is the only higher-education medical university jointly established by provincial and ministerial departments in Xinjiang. 三、申请条件

1、非中国籍公民，身心健康；

2、学历和年龄要求

（1）申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中毕业或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄原则上不超过25周岁；

（2）申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄原则上不超过35周岁；

（3）申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄原则上不超过40周岁；

（4）普通进修生入学时应当具有高中毕业及以上学历，年龄原则上不超过45周岁；

（5）高级进修生入学时应当具有硕士及以上学位或副教授及以上职称，年龄原则上不超过50周岁。

3、语言要求

（1）以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业中，国际学生应当能够顺利使用中文完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用中文从事本专业相关工作的能力。

（2）以外语为专业教学语言的学科、专业中，国际学生应当能够顺利使用相应外语完成本学科、专业的学习和研究任务，并具备使用相应外语从事本专业相关工作的能力。

3. Admission Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Be a citizen of a country other than the PRC and in good health both mentally and physically;

3.2 Minimum Educational and Age Requirements:

(1) Be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or its equivalent under the age of 25 in principle, when applying for an undergraduate program;

(2) Be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 35 in principle, when applying for a Master’s program;

(3) Be an academically excellent holder of a Master’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 40 in principle, when applying for a doctoral program;

(4) Be a holder of a high school diploma (or higher) under the age of 45 in principle, when applying for a general scholar program;

(5) Be a master’s degree holder or an associate professor (or above) under the age of 50 in principle, when applying for a senior scholar program;

3.3 Language Proficiency Requirements:

(1) In disciplines and majors that use Chinese as their professional teaching language, international students should be able to successfully use Chinese to complete their learning and research tasks, and have the ability to use Chinese to engage in related work in their respective majors.

(2) In disciplines and majors that use English as their professional teaching language, international students should be able to successfully use the language to complete the learning and research tasks of their respective disciplines and majors, and have the ability to use English for related work in their respective majors.

三、专业选择

1.学历项目（本、硕、博）申请者可以同时选择两个个志愿，我们将按照志愿专业先后顺序录取。

2.申请本科学历课程的同学必须为非中国籍公民，且需要符合教育部《关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》中对于申请者国籍的要求，即满足“442政策”，具体请参考留学新医网信息（网址）。

四、申请材料

申请时需要在线上传辅助申请资料，请提前准备好请材料的电子版。申请材料要求可能会有变化，请随时关注留新医网（网址）了解更多信息。

1、在线填写新疆医科大学国际学生入学申请或下载《新疆医科大学国际学生入学申请表》，并将相关材料发送至邮箱admission@xjmu.edu.cn。

2、护照扫描件（有效期内的普通护照）。

3、经公证或办理中国驻外使领馆认证手续的最高学历学位证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明；

4、学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证或正规翻译机构出具的中文或英文的翻译件；

5、语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以外语为专业教学语言的申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单；

6、蓝底证件照（彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于295*413像素，大小应小于等于200kb，露耳、不可佩戴包括眼镜在内的任何首饰、不可着露肩装、不可遮挡面部，JPG、jpeg、png格式中的一种）；

7、来华学习或研究计划。（本科生不少于200字，进修生不少于500字，研究生不少于1000字），用中文或英文书写；

8、推荐信。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者和申请作为高级进修生来华学习者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（须推荐人签名）；

9、无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；

10、外国人体格检查表扫描件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期不少于6个月；

11、年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；

12、其他材料可提供个人各类获奖证书以及公开发表相关专业领域论文。

特别说明：

（1）在报到时不能提供上述材料原件或经学校审核认定材料弄虚作假者，取消其入学资格；

（2）若申请材料的原件为中文或英文以外语种文本，须附正规翻译机构出具的中文或英文翻译件。

5. Application Materials:

(1) Fill the online application or download and fill out the International Student Admission Application Form of Xinjiang Medical University according to the requirements, and send all related documents to admission@xjmu.edu.cn;

(2) Passport scanned copy (regular passport within validity period);

(3) Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the Certificate of Expected Graduation or Student Status issued by his/her university;

(4) Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;

(5) Certificate of language proficiency. When applying for a Chinese-taught program, an applicant shall provide a valid HSK score report that meets the program’s language ability requirements. When applying for a program taught in a language other than Chinese, an applicant shall provide a certificate of proficiency in the language as required by the designated university, such as the IELTS or TOEFL test report;

(6) Blue background digital photo (Passport size);

(7) A study or research plan written in Chinese or in English (no less than 200 words/characters for undergraduates; no less than 500 words/characters for scholars; no less than 1000 words/characters for postgraduates);

(8) Recommendation letters. An applicant for a postgraduate program or for academic education as a senior scholar shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors (with the professor’s signature);

(9) An applicant shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application；

(10) An applicant to study in China for more than six months shall submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;

(11) An applicant under the age of 18 shall submit the legal documents of his/her legal guardian(s) in China;

(12) Other materials, for example, awarded certificate/ published related professonal field articles, etc.

Special Instructions:

(1) Those who cannot provide the original documents mentioned above at the time of registration or whose documents are found to be fake by the university's audit will be disqualified from admission;

(2) If the original application materials is in a language other than Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translated copy issued by a legitimate translation agency must be attached.
